I work with leaders at any stage — first-time managers, seasoned executives, and everyone in between — who are facing situations their training and experience haven't fully prepared them for.

New roles.

Difficult teams.

Hard decisions.

The moments where your usual approach stops working and you need someone to think it through with you, who has actually been there.

What Brings Leaders to Coaching With Me

The leaders I work with are capable, committed, and self-aware but often at the edge of what they currently know how to handle, and they're looking for an experienced thinking partner to navigate it with. The voices below are real fragments from real conversations.

"I've worked very hard to get where I am and I am very good at my job. I don't mean to brag but it's the truth.  But I never thought it would be so hard at this point. I feel like a nobody...I need to repeat myself all the time to my guys, I just can't find solid ground with them even though I know exactly how to complete our projects. Every day it's a struggle, I almost want to just do everything myself!"

I swear I need more than 24h in a day. I don't know where it goes. Maybe it's me, maybe I am not efficient anymore, maybe I don't know how to arrange my time. It's non stop every day, and my lists are always full.

Now I take work at home and I feel that I am not being fair to my kid. And I also feel my health is going down. I go out less, I started to put on some kilos and I just don't see a solution...

I want to be the best there is with people. I am ok, no major issues, but I think I was also lucky so far and mostly I went by the ear. I don't like how it feels anymore, especially with these new kids coming in, so sharp and

'opinionated. I want to learn to be a leader. I have some ideas about strategies and techniques, I've done some reading. But I want to talk with someone informed about these things. I feel I am also giving in too much sometimes because I am unsure and I don't want to be the bad guy. I want to be sure of myself and stop guessing or improvising when it comes to people.

One challenge I'm facing is running a business with a partner who is not very helpful. I don't want that to take over the coaching, but I do need help figuring out how to keep things steady when I count on her. I also want to grow professionally but feel stuck. I'm not sure if I should focus on improving my tech skills or grow more on the leadership and people side...

I came into coaching through a leadership program at work. I thought it will be another box to check to progress my career. It was but also for me it was an eye opener. I discovered some inefficiencies and I had to confront my style of working with people.  I was surprised and disappointed at myself initially but I am happy it happened now before it became an issue. I was in the right place to face what I didn't want to see in public...

...to command more authority with my presence and communication...

Discovered really cool prioritizing and time management tools and I am happy to even share them with my team now.

...I often doubt myself at work due to mostly negative feedback from one of my old bosses...

Is This You?

Maybe you're in a moment where your usual answers aren't coming.

A part of the role that doesn't feel like you yet — running meetings, giving feedback, dealing with conflict.

You can't find the strength or the words to hold your boundary with a boss or a colleague.

An idea that won't settle into a decision.

Or the harder one underneath all of these — the pull between getting the results you're measured on and looking after the people who actually deliver them.

That's not a problem to fix — it's where leaders actually grow. Sometimes what helps most isn't a theory or a course. It's a thinking partner who has been in rooms like yours before, and who can help you see your situation more clearly, find your ground, and act on it.

What Working Together Actually Delivers

The angles, patterns, and reframes you cannot reach from inside the problem. Working with a thinking partner helps you stop circling the same thought and start seeing new angles. Including the parts of yourself that are shaping it.

Most leaders think authority comes from knowing more, ranking higher, or never showing doubt. It doesn't.

Real authority is the courage to face what's in front of you — without the perfect answer, without the complete experience — and trust that you'll find your way.

Working with a thinking partner, an honest and trustworthy mirror, helps you build and hold that courage. That's what makes people want to follow you, give their best, and build value with you.

You leave with something you can use. A reframe, a decision, a conversation you're now ready to have, a next step that fits your real working life. Not theory to apply later. Movement now.

Two Decades in Live Operations, All Over the World

I built my leadership in 24/7, high-compliance, high-stakes environments where the pressure never lifted and the margin for error was razor thin. More than 60 nationalities. Constant movement. Real stakes.

Making fast decisions, often with incomplete information, became second nature. So did reading a room in seconds or pivoting mid-crisis without showing it on my face. Trusting instinct when there's no time for a framework, and knowing when to hold a position and when to move.

I also made mistakes, navigated loss and adversity, and learned the most from working with thousands of people — in the room, at ground zero, in the moment, day by day for two decades.

That's the thinking partner you get. Not someone who has studied your situation from the outside. Someone who has been in rooms like yours, not just read about them, and found a way through.
